New Patients Welcome!  Yes, we enjoy being of service to  New Patients.  We accept major dental insurance (PPO plans) as well as some specific dental savings plans; along with our own in office Dental Saving Program (ask about DSP25). Please phone first at 480.951.3333, if you want a confirmation on your dental coverage.

If you’re a new patient, prior to your first visit please print/complete forms by clicking here New Patient Forms and bring along with you.

Need to Cancel An Appointment  We ask that you give as much notice as possible when canceling a reserved appointment with the hygienist or doctor. A minimum of 48 hours is required and greatly appreciated.

Have An Emergency  Dental mishaps often occur when least expected. Please call the office and let us know what happened. We’ll fit you in.

Life Is Busy  A challenging work schedule, family responsibilities and seasonal plans/travel are inevitable. Something as easy as reserving your next hygiene appointment will be done – either 6 months or 3-4 months out – the same day of your visit.

For specific services and procedures, we’ll explain the time needed and number of visits specific to your case. Appointments will be reserved accordingly.
